The name Kristelle Liora means “God's gift of light,” and light remains at the heart of everything we do. Not the harsh light of having every answer or the pressure to reinvent your entire life overnight, but the gentle kind of light that helps you see where you are, recognize what matters, and take the next step with greater clarity and courage.

Founded by Kristine Hawkins, RN, Kristelle Liora is a personal development brand created to help women rediscover themselves, reimagine their future, and intentionally create lives they are excited to wake up to.

Through private Reinvention Sessions™, the LIORA Method™, books, journals, classes, and meaningful personal development experiences, Kristelle Liora offers women a thoughtful place to pause and listen to the questions beneath the noise of everyday life.
